Based on feedback from you, we brought our annual Pride event back to Elgin and made it earlier in the year. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day! We’re so proud of what we created together.

Although we weren’t able to host our usual parade due to funding challenges, the day was a powerful celebration of inclusion, resilience, and radical joy. Our free, family-friendly event welcomed hundreds of attendees from across Moray and beyond, united in support of the LGBTQ+ community.

What happened on the day

The Pride Village was buzzing with activity, featuring:

Local charities, crafters, and LGBTQ+ merch
Food and drink vendors
Live entertainment including drag queens and local musicians
Interactive activities like placard painting, circus tasters, and creative writing
Inclusive sports and games hosted by the Moray Pride Inclusion Hub
Safe Space colouring-in
Photo booth with props and sparkle
